买小破房，讨价还价挺有罪恶感的

虽然从business角度要资本利益最大化，但想想对方都是穷人，我省下的钱是投资用的，人家省下的钱是过日子用的，这么想想觉得自己太过分了。

就像这次的duplex, 我要求降价一万八，对方只肯降八千，后来同意降一万。我还在挤牙膏，要求降一万一千，加special provision, 处理掉后院的垃圾。晚上睡前后悔了，一万也挺好，为什么还要浪费自己的时间，逼迫人家穷人呢？感觉小地主做了几年，心肠变硬了。
