租客要续到12月底，我怎么能让他多续几个月到春天？

请教大家，这个租客有点难缠的，租约是6月底到期，我按合同要求提前2个月就问他要不要续，她一直爱答不理的，现在回复说续6个月到12月底，我回她说12月底是最难租的时候，能不能续9个月，她又不回我的短信了。

现在如果我不理她，6月到期就自动变成month to month那不是正合她的心意？

我6月7月在国内，请人show房子至少付半个月租金，这家的租金比较高因为她家有猫有狗，所以我也想让她住久一点，反正屋里已经有臭味了到时候要清理。

现在我怎么回复她的短信好呢？我们这里1月份真是很难租，至少要到3，4月才好一些，本来6月底是非常好的。
