请有经验的地主帮忙选房客

1. A家本来不想要了，但 landlord reference 显示按时交租。 父母+ 3 个 teenage孩子， 自己说的一个在肚子里

有2-3 个judgement， student loan， medical bill， relocate 过来， 可以马上交接. 

 

这家非常喜欢， FaceTime看了就说要

 

2. 也是relo， 父母+1 大孩子， 一条小狗。 房子会空15 天。 这家原本倾向， 但是他们比较纠结。  男的说自己有哮喘， 嫌现房客屋里有烟味。 （我没觉得， 是有气味， 新造的?房子， 我一直觉得就是那个气味）

问我是否可以保证没味， 我说这个无法保证， 我会请pro洗地毯之类， 你自己决定是否要， 过了12 点给别人了。 结果他要了....   觉得这么picky是否以后会很麻烦？
