schedule E vs schedule C

You cannot deduct in schedule E

If you have a company, and the company has legitimate profit, and you booked your flight/hotel through company account, then probably busiess travel is deductible   Keep in mind those income/expense ran through schedule C. 

I am not certain though.  I don't have a company.
