什么样的生意适合低收入区？

感觉低收入区人口密度大，穷人对小钱不在乎。举个例子。夏天，低收入区的小孩都在街上玩，冰激凌车一过，每个小孩人手一个冰激凌。而在高收入区，人口密度小，街上几乎看不到人。冰激凌车几乎赚不到钱。

在一个低收入区，方圆1mile之内，有差不多10家中餐馆，n家dollar store。各种小杂货店。但是没有那种给小孩过生日的店，比如bounce house。其实低收入家庭也挺重视教育。一个单亲妈妈带3个女儿。努力搬到稍好的学区，还让女儿学跳舞。我在想，那种focus在小孩的生意在低收入区有没有市场呢？
