房客想装游泳池

房客特别想自己装一个地上游泳池，供小孩夏天玩。我已经说不行了，因为如果事故发生的话, 签了免责也没法保护房东的.  但他说: I'd do whatever it takes to be able to have a pool. It's really the only thing my kids look forward to for the summer. 他说他以前房东们都允许的。想问一下, 该不该通融一下，比如说小的泳池，可以随装随拆的? 还是说风险太大，绝对不能同意？
