请教：选择registered agent

现在LLC registered agent 用的是帮我form LLC的律师，两个LLC共$500一年。

我看网上有很多registered agent service很便宜，比如Incorp只收$99 annual per LLC, 如果一次付好几年只收$67 annual.

不知道这些service有区别吗？值不值得省这个钱？
