Never try to time the market.  Investors should have a long term view.  No one will know when the market will reach the bottom or the peak.  If you think that the last week market drop is the low, today the market will drop further.  That said, I will use the market weakness as an entry point to adding the sideline cash to the market since the US economy outlook is good.
