请大家帮我出出主意：为啥我不敢买出租房？（不要置顶）

一直在这里潜水，看大家做地主做的热火朝天，很羡慕。我也很想买出租房，但是一直没有行动，担心房子租不出去；碰到不好的租户；如果我和老公两没了工作。。。总想不好的事情。

请问大家怎么克服这些压力的？不要笑我，胆子太小。我老公比我还保守，哎。。。
