两家庭房

一个single house 改的两家庭房子,一层是一家。

有一个楼梯通到二楼的一家。二楼的这家还需要第二个逃生通道吗？还是窗户就可以了。请问一般fire code对这种样子的老房子是怎么要求的？请教懂行的大师们给说说。
