你是不是也去学水管工，HVAC，电工，木匠，会计，法律？

时间不方便，怕花钱，不是去考执照的理由。一个人要当大老板就要学会delegate，很多事情不值得自己亲自做。

话说回来，如果你认为房地产可能是你的专攻方向，如果你认为以后你可能做房地产比较多，你可以考执照。

值不值，只有你自己最清楚。
