做investor 申请real estate license 有意义吗？

我是个新investor . 才有一个door. 想再买房。但是毎次要看房。与agent 联系安排时间总是不方便。如果申请到了执照会不会有更多的机会买到房子。花时间，交agent fee值得吗？特想听听坛里专家长辈的意见。先谢谢了????。
