请教成立LLC的事宜.

我住在A洲，有房子在B洲，现在想在B洲成立LLC公司把房子归到它名下。在网上看了看怎样成立公司但仍不得要领。请各位老地主给详细说说。

另外成立公司大约需要多少钱？你们给 registered agent钱吗？若给每月付多少？Thanks!
