碰到棘手事求解

买了一个多年没人住的房子，屋顶漏水过，所以屋内有黑霉，准备全换drywall,但是不换木梁，木架，问题是怎么处理木头上的黑霉呢？不管它，直接钉新板上去行吗？请兄弟姐妹们帮解惑。
