请教查信用问题

据报道：　自今年7月1日起，三大信用机构被迫drop tax liens and civil judgments from some consumers’ credit report， 人为地提高了credit score， 受益人口达到1200万， 不少人甚至能增加20分，本来是垃圾马上变成非垃圾了。 请问诸位大佬们， 你们最近在check 房客的credit report 能看出变化吗？若这些信息不在credit report　上了，　其他的比如criminal report 能显示出来吗？　还是有其他途径可查？　　Just curious，  thanks！
