高端出租房带游泳池

最近相中一个高端豪宅（小豪）， 暂时还不能搬过去，想先出租几年。

但是此房带室外游泳池和hot tub.

请问各位大侠有什么高招吗？

liability 和maintenance， 还有保险都是头疼事。但是这个房子是在是心仪，不忍心放弃。
