请问把房子租给dreamer 有什么风险？

收到一对来自墨西哥夫妻的申请我的出租房，女方是牙医助理，男的在广告公司工作，收入足够，但是告诉我们他们是dreamers, 小时候就来美国了。请问我能把房子租给他们吗？有什么风险？
