Grass/snow service: $400

Appliances: fridge/stove/dishwasher $1200/12=100

Paint: $1200/6=200

Carpet:$1200/6=200

Heating/cooling: $3000/15=200

Water heater: $500/10=50

Roof: $3000/15=200

Kitchen/bath update 6000/20=300

Incidental repairs (plumbing, electric, etc) 200

如果您不是规模经营的话其中任何一个项目都会比我列出的贵得多。

total of Item 2:  $1850

total of 1 and 2: 3350

net revenue: 18000-2800-600-1500-1850=11250
