Home equity问题请教

请问一下这里的大拿们，可不可以先用home equity line的钱买新房子做首付，然后再卖旧房子，但是一closing后应该home equity就没有了是吧？可以马上把旧房子里拿出来的钱付了这个equity line吗？当中不会有衔接问题吧？
