大华府，独立屋是现在卖还是等明年春天？

8月上市，有过offer, 太低没接受，现在买家又回来想买，offer 提高了，但还是比我们asking 要低，要不要接受？明年春天房价还会像往年一样涨吗？利率肯定是要涨的
