一对男女朋友要租我的房子， 情况是这样

女的信用不错，没有late payment记录. great reference from her supervisor and coworker. she makes 45 times of rent

男的信用500多分。 late payment on student loan. makes 5k a year and still on school

我能不能就和女的签合同。
