租金说要等周五paycheck。租客带来一张money order，一张casher's paycheck.  他们不想有法庭纪录，女方差几个月毕业要有更好工作。我们想接受租金撤诉对双方都好，但不放心周四出庭前能拿到2个月租金，及周五能拿到8月租金。准备今早去法庭问是否能推迟出庭日期。

请教大家周四前能拿到2月房租现金的可能性大吗？应不应该拿到2月现金后在周三撤诉？法庭会接受推迟出庭吗？如果出庭这个付款方案能否在法庭上备案且有法律效力？

今日去法庭前想听听大家的经验与意见，后悔昨晚没有发帖。谢谢！
