农村人民还是很友好：）

租客前两天搬走了，新租客7/28才搬进。昨天晚上才想起需要开水电修理一些东西，马上给水部门发了email要求周五开个新的水账户。今天一大早就收到回复了，

I have scheduled your temporary interim service to start on Friday 7/22/16 and the new tenant has already started service effective 7/25/16, so there will be no new account for you and no charge for the service as long as the water usage is just minimal (less than 2 units).
