请教如何处理这个Agent欺骗

我的AGENT推荐一个FORECLOUSRE CONDO。 CONDO状况不差， 他建议用市场价下OFFER--$125K and put 12.5K deposit。  但没提醒，我要付 UNPAID BALANCE。

Now my layer is processing closing. she got a $5K bill from seller for previous owner’s unpaid HOA fee and she said that I should pay this $5K bill by law.

What do you suggest me to do? Sue my agent for cheating?
