车库门前的树死了。HOA 要我砍树还要再种树。我回答树不是我种的，不是我的树。

我不负责砍和再种。我不知道HOA 的RULE. 但如果我的车库前的树是我的，要我负责砍，我就有权力决定不再种树。我想树是HOA 的不是我的。
