又卖出一个，一年一个抛房

       2010年初，在AZ买了4房，原计划2018-2020年卖，现在看看，便宜没好货，AZ 不是移民主要登陆地，更不是港口城市，2012-2015涨的不错，之后就气数尽了，就这样粘不唧唧一年涨1万，头 3 年怕麻烦，没涨租，后来一年涨30块，租客就反弹。和穷人打交道难那，卖房！

       去年先出手了一个烂白菜，今天成交的一个，2040sf, 是我在AZ 自己挑的第一个房，很喜欢，买价14万，今天21.9万卖出，耗时2.5个月，收到4个offer，清一色投资人，自住的人哪儿去了？纳闷中。

        和SF，WA 比，AZ 基础价格低，涨得也慢，对我这样心急吃热米饭的人，投资不是个好地方，还有现在加币跌，套现一部分美元换回加币。

        总结 AZ 的教训，买房不能图便宜，location location。
