unbelievable

I have a car I put for sale for $2000, no one want to nuy it since the pain on the car is fading pretty badly. So I repainted it then next day some brought it for $2800. Don't you think the paint increased its value?

Same for a house. a painted nicely house will sell much more that a beaten paint house.
