昨天问大家租客想提前搬走的建议，汇报结果（不是happy ending )

提上来说说我按照大家的建议和tenant交流的结果:　我大意这样写的:“….. I totally understand your situation and appreciate your offer for showing the home to potential tenants.  Your family have been taking good care of the property, so I am willing to work with you to make this transition as painless as possible for  both of us.   If we find an acceptable tenant who can move in July,  your current lease will end on the day prior to the start of new lease, i.e.. if new tenant starts lease on July 1st, then your lease will end on June 30^th…… ”

 

tenant这样回答我:　“We cant take the risk to pay the rent for July. We hope you can honor our request to amend our lease end date from July 31 to June 30^th officially”

 

我觉得这个要求太自私了，你不想多交钱，怎么能要求我一味让步，所以我拒绝了他的要求，　然后他说那他就不早搬了，也暗示我他们不会帮我show房了。看来是把他们得罪了。不过我觉得我没有做错。大家觉得呢？
