帮我选个房

我租房住。我现在的房子1500平方英尺，不大，但房子凉快，我们住热带，一年365天大太阳。现在的房子整天没太阳，小凉风天天有，吃饭方便，餐厅不远都是，但坐地铁要走12分钟。一般走到地铁浑身是汗。这房子装修差，很多年了，老坏，厨房装修不合理，没地方准备菜。

想换的地方也是旧，但比我这好，地方大点，2000英尺，挨着地铁，5分钟，可是屋里没风，附近没餐馆，得走好远，买东西也不方便。

咋办？换不换？
