出租房请教

1)  申请人夫妇有上大学的孩子（已成年），放假回来住，需要查孩子的CREDIT 吗？这样的成年孩子要在lease上吗？

2)  租客因为有小小孩， 小孩的食物导致了很多蚂蚁在房子里。 请问蚂蚁容易清除吗？应该请专业人员来杀蚂蚁吗？应该让租客付杀蚂蚁的费用吗？
