Thanks! I did post out the W-8 form. But a black girl from compliance department says that foreigners without green card need to go to financial center to hand in the form. I told her that I am busy this year. She said the if I don't do it. My account will be held until I persent the w-8 form by myself.
So I contacted customer service. I was told that I can withdraw the balance and close the account. So I decided to follow her instruction. I just wrote a check to myself. Just hope bank wouldn't hold my account before the check is clear.
