求助：银行账户可能被关闭

我在Bank of America 有银行账户。已经开了很多年了。昨天收到Bank of America的信，说让我填W-8表，在5 月2号亲自交到银行。我不在美国。今天将表寄出去了。如果在5 月2号收不到我的W-8表，Bank of America银行账户可能被关闭。我想知道如果账户可能被关闭，我的钱怎么才能取出来。

银行还没上班，问不到。心急。
