How to find good deal? I am newbie but have some interesting exp

After full time professional job hour, I still keep my P/T job as food delivery driver. It is good for extra cash, but the best thing is I am familiar with Every single street of the city. When I was driving around, I always pay attention to “for sale” signs. All private sale in desired area is in my eyes.
Not everybody like this, but I think it works for me.
