请教租客的MOLD问题

有一个小房子5-60年了。房子没有潮湿和气味。租客八月入住。上周说有一天起来嘴肿了，给我看了照片。看医生，医生建议测MOLD。今天结果出来了。 他给我的信如下：

也附了报告。看不太明白。明天准备打几个电话给处理MOLD公司看看。大家有什么建议。谢谢。

Not sure what to make of this. Did a little research as well. the numbers seem low but the TNTC is ambiguous, and so is the Non-Sporulating Fungi. I do not have an outdoor control sample. I think with my reactions, some of these findings and the low price of the testing method we used it probably warrants looking into further.

 

I recommend getting someone to come see the house and make a determination if the amount of mold present is an issue, as soon as possible.
