TT大潮流之下，淡定不起来了。
看到烂房子随手一offer。
一直纠结于zoning的研究，survey上最大的字asbestos shingles竟然几天视而不见.终于合约前鬼使神差看见了，遂问经纪人（合约是as is,为抢房，waive了inspections)

经纪回: seller: when she remodeled the house,aluminum sidings are installed.
我继续问：are old shingles removed?
经纪回：seller: the aluminum sidings replaced old shingles
me: how about roof, and front shingles?
经纪： seller: the entire house, front back and sides were all done in new installation and new siding.

至此仿佛很清楚了。

因为我在合约里加了一条,seller states that asbestos shingles were removed.如果我方发现可以毁约。于是对方律师回，让我们合约前检查，查好再签。

检查需要费用，我想还是查了安心，而且房子改造的时候也要检查，于是约了inspector.

结果是inspector来了，还没检查seller就承认旧的siding没有remove。并且说siding公司都不管拿走，自管盖上。我说知道，所以特意问你有没有拿掉，你说replaced。replaced means remove old install new 。

她软下来,主动offer split the cost. 我说会拿几个quote.

狡猾狡猾地，前一天我说订好了检查，她也不改口，直到inspector 提工具箱出现她才招。

马虎一点都不行
