房客交了订房押金，过了几个月说改主意了。

然后讲出种种理由（房客自己的事情，跟房子和我没有关系），希望 我订房押金退回。
对我来说，我花费了不少时间带他们看房好几次，而且因为当时他们交了押金，我拒绝了其他房客申请人。
