我知道一个人，22岁大学毕业后在他老爸小公司干，30岁他老爸把公司......

转给他，要求他40岁生日时要有1米，结果他40岁过10多天达标，一直经营这个公司到他70多岁时卖了，拿了90多米，开始进入商业地产，现在他90多岁，资产有2B+，名下有多家宾馆，餐馆，还有剧场等。

 

这告诉我们：商业地产做得好的话，确实是块肥肉；另外财富的积累是靠时间的，尤其是房地产领域。

 

AMY的贴提醒我们多关注商业地产这块，而不是埋头TF，把地产做成金融产品，值得我们思考......
