I was in a Russian language immersion program with Army reserve and stayed in Latvia for three weeks in 2010.
We went to Riga and Vilnus, Kaunas for excusions, had Russian sauna and visited a palace outside Vilnus.
It was a fun trip that I'd never forget. I still learn Russian by myself and watch Russian movies.
There's no one to talk with in Russian for now but someday I might find a good match.
We got lots of Russian speakers living in this area, a lot more than Chinese speakers. You can hear people talking in Russian
everywhere in the Southeast now. Many are from Ukraine.
