1. There is the parking lot. However I don't know the rate. I tried to call Penn Station Information Centre, but failed. I don't think the rate is unbelievable according to my travel experience. Besides, if you stay at NYC, parking is unbelievable expensive.
2. Go to "bestwestern.com". The rate includes free continential breakfast. Not badddddd :))
3. free parking for hotel guest.
