Has anyone had the experience connecting from Heathrow airport

My tentative route will be Rome -> Heathrow -> U.S. The connection time via Heathrow will be 1hr 15 mins.  I have read some negative feedbacks  on Heathrow (London). So I am wondering if 1hr~ connection time is too short.  BTW, the flight is BA all the way. Any feedback is REALLY appreciated!!!

ps: sorry, I am unable to type Chinese form my current device.
