Need help planning trip to Europe

I am planning my first trip to Europe this September. the itinerary looks like this so far. any ideas or  suggestions will be helpful!! Thanks!

London -> Paris -> Italy

London
Day 1:
The London Eye (伦敦眼, 2 hrs)
Big Ben, & House of Parliament (议会与大笨钟, 1hr)
Westminster Abbey (威斯敏斯特教堂, 1 hr)

Day 2:
The British Museum (英国博物馆, 2 hrs 30 mins)
St. Paul’s Cathedral (圣保罗大教堂, 1 hr)
The Tower of London and Tower Bridge (伦敦和塔桥塔)

Day 3:
Changing the guard at Buckingham Palace (白金汉宫, 2 hrs)
Trafalgar Square (特拉法加广, 30 mins)
Hyde park (海德公园, 30 mins)

Day 4:
National Gallery (国家画廊, 2hrs)
Natural History Museum (自然历史博物馆, 2hrs30mins)
Covent Garden (考文特花园, 1hr30mins)

Paris
Day5:
Eiffel Tower (埃菲尔铁塔, 2hrs30mins)
River Seine cruise (塞纳河, 1 hr)
Arc de Triomphe(凯旋门, 30 mins)
Shop at Galeries Lafayette (在铺老佛爷)

Day 6:

Louvre Museum (卢浮宫博物馆, 2 hrs)
Tuileries Gardens (杜乐丽花园, 30mins)
Pantheon (万神殿, 1hr)
Notre-Dame Cathedral (巴黎圣母院, 2hrs)

Day 7:
Palace of Versailles(凡尔赛宫, 2hrs)
Musee d'Orsay (奥赛美术馆, 2 hrs)
Pont Alexandre III (亚历山大三世桥)
Sacred Heart Basilica of Montmartre (蒙马特的圣心教堂, 1hr)

Venice
Day 8:
Piazza San Marco (圣马可广场, 1 hr)
Basilica di San Marco (圣马可大教堂, 1 hr)
Ponte dei Sospiri (叹息桥, 30 mins)

Florence
Day 9:
Galleria dell'Accademia (1hr 30mins)
Florence Cathedral (佛罗伦萨大教堂, 1hr)
Campanile di Giotto & Battistero (乔托钟楼 &洗礼, 2hrs)
Piazza della Signoria (30 mins)

Rome:
Day10:
Vatican Gardens (梵蒂冈花园, 1 hrs)
Vatican Museums (梵蒂冈博物馆, 2 hrs)
The Sistine Chapel (西斯廷教堂, 1 hrs)
St. Peter's Basilica (圣彼得大教堂, 2 hrs)

Day 11:
Coliseum (罗马斗兽, 2 hrs)
The Pantheon (万神殿, 1 hr)
Piazza Venezia (威尼斯广场, 45 mins)

Day 12:
Palatine Hill and Palatine Museum (帕拉蒂尼山和帕拉丁博物馆, 2 hrs)
