airport service is pretty bad

We left a tablet in the chair back pocket and found it out just 1 minute after we left the airplane. We rushed back to the gate and told the attendants and they refused to go back on airplane to fetch it. They asked us to go to lost and found station outside the immigration check points 3 days later. But we were just connecting flight and had no visa. We repeated requests and they kept saying they will get it for us and 2 hours later when we boarded the flight out and still did not get it. Yeah, it was lost forever.
