How to handle Credit card mileages? Worry about annual fees

I applied several credit cards during mileage promition and got several credit cards with a lot mileage. However I did not get chance to use those during summer when I go back to China.

 

Now I worry the annual fees they charge, is there a way to transfer all those miles into one place or one card?
