How big caming 帐蓬 for 5-people family?

We have a 2-people small tent for camping that used a lot years ago, now we have 3 children (1 girl and 2 boys) and the oldest one is 6 years old. It's time for camping with kids now.

We need to buy a bigger tent now, any suggestion how big/brand should we buy, the one for 6-people ($80) that can be used together with the 2-people one, or even a bigger one with 2 rooms? The ones for 8 people with rooms are very expensive around $150, is it worth of so much money?

Any one has experience with this?
