你知道在国庆节的时候黄石可能很挤的，你住在外面，每天来回就的大半天，哪里还有时间等喷泉的喷发。很少有景色是在路边的，你都要走相当的距离才能看到。除非你只是想认认路，留下众多遗憾以后再补。

Hotel room inside the park is too small for my family of 5. I have no choice but to stay outside even if it's about the same price in this particular season.

要我给你个建议，从德寇达直接向西，去玩冰川和黄石以及沿途的景点，歼灭性的玩个够，留下中部和南部以后再说。

Thanks again! Some friends did that last year. But I am thinking to plan for next year to cover a large area including Glacier, Calgary, Vancouver & Seattle, either driving for 3 weeks or fly to Calgary.
