FYI
I just booked a trip on Elong. I was not able to book on line, so I had to call in. Since I don;t have the cards it listed, I have to pay by my visa card, that means I had to pay 2.2% extra to Elong and another 2.7% to my visa. I also had to sign on payment agreement and fax back to Elong. It is quite a trouble for me, but I finally settled the purchase.

IMHO, it is not worth the trouble,the online booking is too troublesome.
