a day or 2 in the city (SF) depending on if you want to visit museums or not. If you have kids, especially boys, make sure to visit the cable car museum.
a day at Point Reyes National Seashore. It's less than an hour north of San Francisco. You can visit GG bridge on the way. It does get windy usually in the afternoon.
Then a day at napa.
