AA: best for off-peak season travel, 10K miles less than others, e.g. 40K vs 50K to Europe, 50K vs 60K to China, but for peak season it is higher than others (5/15 -- 10/15), no fee for 1st year, 20/25K bonus miles.

UA/NWA: no fee for 1st year, 20/25K bonus miles.

CO: fee, 20/25K bonus miles.
