advice on Boston-Washington DC-NY for sister

My sister will be in Boston for company training for 3 weeks. This is the first time she is here. She has spare time during 3 weekend. I think it's better if she could visit Washington DC and New York. Any suggestion how to get there from Boston and where to live? Is there any Chinese travel agency to reserve everything, including transptation, hotel, food? Many thanks for any advice!
