Talk about wines from the New World, I was very impressed by the wines served in Air New Zealand's Business Premier transpac route - even those served over Tasmania sea were excellent. I have to literally controlled myself not to drink too much, especially the Pinot Noir and the sparkling wines (they dont call it Champaign because they are produced in New Zealand and are not from Champaign, France). One can easily down a bottle... ;D
FWIW, Air New Zealand does not have F, its Business Premier is the same flatbed seat licensed from Virgin Atlantic. I strongly recommend to take Air NZ for your LAX/AKL/SYD flight in their premium cabin.
See this video introduction for their wonderful flatbed seat.
